While Digital Paradigm may appear on your invoice, it’s this boutique consultancy that’s truly guided by its founder, a seasoned chartered manager with 25 years of experience in global enterprises.

We understand the complexities that skilled professionals face when running a business and we offer bespoke guidance in everything from innovation to financial stewardship and fractional leadership. It’s about the person behind the name, committed to making top-tier leadership training, consultancy and executive leadership available to all.

We offer flexible self-paced online courses, real-time virtual one-to-one coaching that you can book as a one-off or in discounted bundles and even virtual or on-site group training sessions. We’re also launching The Good Managers Guide Podcast and fostering a vibrant community on LinkedIn, plus, we’ve got a newsletter you can sign up for.

It’s not just for seasoned leaders, it’s a place where anyone eager to grow is welcome to join us and learn!

No, not at all because our courses are designed for any managers in any industry, sector and from any market. Basically it's one size fits all and we've got you covered.

For our courses, all the pricing is right there on our e-learning store page, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. For our consultancy or fractional leadership, it’s more of a tailored approach, so let’s chat and find something that fits your needs.

We do offer refunds in line with local laws, but once you’ve started using the content or if you miss a one-to-one session, refunds won’t be available. Of course however, if you have any questions or special circumstances, just reach out to us and we’re here to help.

So we do offer payment plans, but only on the e-learning side of things. That means no payment plans for consultancy or fractional leadership and it’s really flexible; you can go with monthly or annual payments and you just keep rolling until you decide to cancel.

Our e-learning courses are all pre-recorded for you to access anytime you like. But when it comes to our virtual group sessions, our on-site group training and our one-on-one coaching, those are all conducted live.

You’ll have access to the Good Manager’s Guide course for as long as your subscription is active. Month-by-month if you’re on a monthly plan, or yearly if you’re on an annual plan.

If you decide to cancel, you’ll still have access up until the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. Now, if you haven’t started using the course at all, you can request a full refund, but if you have started using it, then you’ll just keep access for the remainder of the period and there won’t be a refund after that point.

Yes, we do provide certificates. Upon successful completion of any of our paid courses from level one onwards, you’ll receive a certificate of completion.

We’ll bring tools and strategies for decision-making, communication and team management and we’ll dive into real-world scenarios to help you find actionable next steps.

For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime. If you’ve started using the materials, you’ll keep access until the end of the billing period, but be sure to cancel before the next billing date and if you haven’t started, you may be eligible for a refund.

For one-to-one session, just hop into the schedular if you need to reschedule and if you miss a session, it’s non-refundable.
